Shipping policy

PackFlow ships to EU customers through vetted fulfilment partners. Orders begin processing only after secure payment is confirmed. Standard delivery windows are displayed at checkout, tracking is emailed when available, and any fulfilment exception is reviewed by the operations team.

Operational notes

• Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout.
• Supplier orders are created only after payment confirmation.
