Privacy policy

PackFlow collects only the information needed to operate checkout, fulfil orders, respond to contact requests, prevent fraud, and send store-branded transactional email. Payment and fulfilment secrets are server-side only and are never exposed to the browser. EU customers may contact support for access, correction, or deletion requests.

Operational notes

• Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout.
• Supplier orders are created only after payment confirmation.
