Return policy

CabinKeep accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery for unused items in resellable condition. Damaged, missing, or incorrect items should be reported with order details so the fulfilment record can be reviewed and resolved with a replacement, retry, or refund according to the order status.

Operational notes

• Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout.
• Supplier orders are created only after payment confirmation.
